摘要 目的:研制一种可均匀调节阻断压力,适用于开放和微创肝脏手术的新型肝门血流阻断器,完全阻断肝动脉和门静脉的入肝血流,有效控制术中出血。方法:选取市售成年杂种猪8头,分为开放手术组、腹腔镜辅助手术组两组,每组各4头。采用Pringle法完全阻断猪肝蒂血流,观察肝断面的止血效果。结果:开放手术组和腹腔镜辅助手术组使用新型阻断器阻断肝蒂血流均获成功,止血效果确切,耗时少。结论:可调压肝门血流阻断器止血彻底、操作便捷、适用范围广,弥补了现有肝门血流阻断装置的不足,具有良好的推广应用价值。 [Abstract] Objective: To design a new type of device which can block porta blood flow totally and apply to all kinds of hepatectomy. Methods: 8 cross-bred pigs were divided into open hepatectomy group and laparoscopic surgery group with 4 pigs in each group. The blood flow of hepatic pedicle was blocked totally by Pringle's maneuver and hemostatic effect was observed. Results: The animal experiment in two groups was successful and hemostatic effect was significant. Conclusion: The device makes up for the deficiency of the existing equipment and the prospect of application was broad.
