摘要
目的:为解决因干扰电流引起的电机运行过程中的抖动现象,提出解决方案的设计。方法:对原有电路结构进行分析,归纳产生干扰电流的种类,提出解决干扰电流的方法。通过实验和实践对电路进行改装,检验了两种方法的可行性。结果:加装逻辑电路和隔离电路均能达到去除干扰电流的目的,实现电机的正常平稳运行。结论:产生干扰电流的原因很多,其中一部分会产生逻辑错误,引起电器性能的改变,经过认真的分析和精心设计,增加合适的电路,干扰电流是可以被隔绝的。
[Abstract] Objective: To solve jitter phenomenon of interference current caused in the process of motor running. Methods: Based on the original circuit structure analysis, summed up the interference current types, We put forward some methods to solve the problem of interference current. We tested the feasibility of the methods through experiments and practice of circuit modification. Results: The installation of logic circuit and the installation of isolation circuit can remove interference current, realize the normal and stable operation of motor. Conclusion: The interference current generated for many reasons, and some will produce logic errors, causing the electrical properties of change.
