The Problems in College Student Counsellors and the Countermeasure

高校学生辅导员作为高校思想政治工作和管理工作的参与者和实施者 ,目前在队伍建设上存在较多突出问题 ,应本着“稳定、建设”的原则加强改造 。

As the participator and executor in ideological political and administrative work,the counsellor group of college student still have some outstanding problems in their group construciton at present.So we should enforce reform to develop its effect on the basis of stability and construction.
