摘要
研究了野皂荚枝干用于刨花板生产时,热压工艺条件对刨花板主要物理力学性能的影响。研究表明:野皂荚刨花含水率3%~5%、预设刨花板密度0.75g/cm3、脲醛树脂胶施胶量8%、热压温度150℃、热压时间4min、热压压力3.5MPa的热压条件下压制的野皂荚刨花板,可达到GB/T4897.3的用板要求。
Effects of hot-pressing techniques on the physical and mechanical properties of particleboard from Gleditsia microphylla branch were mainly studied.The results showed that the relatively good hot-pressing param eters were as follows: wood particle moisture content of 3%~5%,preseted particleboard density of 0.75g/cm3,UF adhesive consumption of 8%,hot pressing temperature at 150℃,hot pressing time at 4min,hot pressing pressure at 3.5MPa.Particleboards made under the above conditions have excellent properties equal or even superior to the requirements of GB/T 4897.3.
