摘要
使用连续平压机压制厚度为8.2mm中密度纤维板时,通过改变纤维含水率、最高压力值、最高压力位置、高压区长度参数,检测中密度纤维板断面密度曲线的变化,分析它们对断面密度曲线的影响。结果表明,纤维含水率、最高压力值、最高压力位置、高压区长度对板材断面密度有显著影响。最优的生产工艺为:纤维含水率为(8±0.5)%,最高压力值为3.2~3.5MPa,最高压力位置在第3框架,高压区长度确定为1~9框架。
MDF samples were prepared by continuous flat hot press under controlled fiber moisture, value of maximum pressure, place of maximum pressure, length of high-pressing range. The effects of hot-pressing parameters on vertical density profiles (VDP) of MDF were investigated. The results indicated that optimal manufacturing conditions were: fiber moisture ( 8±0.5 ) %, value of maximum pressure 3.2-3.5 MPa, place of maximum pressure in 3rd frame, and length of high-pressing range from 1st to 9th frame.
