摘要
通过分析国有林场的现状及存在的问题,提出了改变国有林场经济发展方向,进行经济结构转型;改变国有林场人事工资分配制度;进行国有林经营权改革;改变国有林场独资经营的投资方式,开展职工参股入股的多种融资经营模式等措施。
Through analysis of the current situation and existing problems of state-owned forest farms , proposed several concrete measures to deepen the reform of state-owned forest in the future, including change the direction of economic development of the state-owned forest, economic restructuring; change the personnel wage distribution system of state-owned forest; reform national forest management tenure; change the sole proprietorship investment of state-owned forest; carry out a variety of financing business model, for example workers buying shares.
