从宾县国有林场的基本情况入手,分析了国有林区棚户区及危旧房改造工程存在的问题,提出了国家实施国有林场棚户区及危旧房工程不能实行"一刀切",应根据国有林场和主管林业局的经济情况,实行不同的投入标准,防止经济实力悬殊造成各地区的收受益率差别过大的意见。
