舒芬太尼与芬太尼在气管插管诱导时对心血管的反应被引量：2

摘要目的探讨比较舒芬太尼与芬太尼在气管插管诱导时对心血管的反应。方法将100例患者随机分成两组,每组共50例,一组给予舒芬太尼注射液按照0.3μg/kg算量,一组给予芬太尼注射液按照0.3μg/kg算量,观察记录两组患者的平均动脉压、心率在诱导前、注射麻药后、气管插管时、插管后的变化情况。结果舒芬太尼组与芬太尼组比较,在诱导前、注射麻药后均无明显差异(P>0.05),而在气管插管前、插管后均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼在气管插管诱导时对心血管的反应较芬太尼稳定,血流动力学无大波动。舒芬太尼的作用更强,作用更持久。
