27例先天性肠旋转不良新生儿的围术期护理

Perioperative care of 27 cases of newborns with congenital intestinal malrotation

[目的]总结先天性肠旋转不良新生儿的围术期护理。[方法]对27例先天性肠旋转不良新生儿行手术治疗,同时加强术前准备、维持水电解质平衡,术后密切观察患儿腹部体征,做好保暖、呼吸道护理、有效胃肠减压、合理营养支持和切口管理等。[结果]1例死亡,26例术后恢复良好,痊愈出院。[结论]加强先天性肠旋转不良新生儿的围术期护理是手术成功的保证。

Objective：To summarize the perioperative care of newborns with congenital intestinal malrotation. Methods： A total of 27 cases of newborns with congenital intestinal malrotation underwent surgical treatment, at the same time, the preoperative preparation was strengthened and water and electrolyte balance was kept for them, and carrying out postoperative close observation of abdominal signs in children and keeping warm, respiratory care, effective decompression, reasonable nutritional support and incision management well. Results：l case died,26 patients recovered well after operation and discharged. Conclusion：To strengthen perioperative care of congenital intestinal malrotation newborns is a guarantee of success of the operation.
