临床路径在小儿手足口病应用的体会

The Experience of the Clinical Pathway in Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Application

目的探讨临床路径在小儿手足口病中的应用。方法随机抽取2011年1月-2011年12月收治的100例手足口病小儿。其中57例为临床路径组,采用临床路径医疗模式,43例为对照组,采用传统医疗方法。分别统计其住院天数、住院费用、抗生素使用、患儿家属满意度等临床资料,并进行统计学分析。结果临床路径组住院天数、住院费用、药品费用、抗生素使用均低于对照组(P<0.01),患儿家属满意度高于对照组。结论临床路径作为一种先进的医疗模式,可使患儿获得比传统医疗模式更好的医疗服务,不仅明显减少了住院天数,降低了住院费用及药品费用、抗生素使用,同时提高了患儿家属的满意度,说明临床路径在小儿手足口病中应用切实可行,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical pathway in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods 100 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease in children treated from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected randomly.57 cases of clinical pathway group,using the medical model of clinical pathway,43 cases for the control group,with traditional medical practices.Days of hospitalization,cost of hospitalization,antibiotic use,and satisfaction of families of children were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results The clinical pathway group the number of days of hospitalization,cost of hospitalization,antibiotic use were lower than those of the control group（P0.01）,families of children with satisfaction higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The clinical pathway as a state-of-the-art medical model,will enable children to obtain better medical care than the traditional medical model,not only significantly reduced the number of days in hospital,the cost of hospitalization,and antibiotic use,to a extent improved the parents satisfaction,clinical path application in children with hand,foot and mouth disease was feasible,and it was worth promoting.
