辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效研究

The Effects of Simvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法收集重庆长寿区人民医院2010年1月-2011年6月心内科收治疗的CHF患者64例,将患者随机分为常规治疗(A,n=32)组和辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗(B,n=32)组。观察治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、6分钟步行试验的变化,对照两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前A组B组的LVEF、LVEDD和6分钟步行试验之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后在A和B组中上述指标得到了显著的改善(P<0.05),治疗后B组的改善显著优于A组(P<0.05)。A和B组的临床治疗有效率分别为37.5%和71.9%,统计学分析显示各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗CHF临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine on patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods A total of 64 CHF patients were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups： normal treatment group（A,n=32）,simvastatin combined with trimetazidine group（B,n=32）.The LVEF,LVEDD,and 6-min walk test were recorded before and after treatment.The clinic effects of drugs were compared between each group.Results The value of LVEF,LVEDD,and 6-min walk test had no significant difference between each group before treatment（P0.05）.After treatment,the value of LVEF,LVEDD,and 6-min walk test were significantly improved in the two guoups（P0.05）.However,the changes were higher in B group than those in A group（P0.05）.The clinic effective rate in A and B group was 37.5% and 71.9%,respectively.The clinic effective rate in B group was higher than that in A group（P0.05）.Conclusion The simvastatin combined with trimetazidine regimen can effectively treated patients with CHF,and which was worthy to be promoted in clinical application.
