得出了由方阵 A的幂秩判定 A能否开 n次方的一个实用准则 ,同时也获得了确定
In this paper,a practical criterion,which can determine whether matrix A is extracted according to the rank of the power of matrix A,is given ,and obtain a conclusion which can determine Jodarn normal form of matrix A.
