甘油三酯试剂与总胆固醇试剂对总胆汁酸测定的干扰 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨甘油三酯(TG)试剂与总胆固醇(TC)试剂对总胆汁酸(TBA)测定的干扰。方法①采用临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP7-A2文件"配对差异试验"筛查TG试剂、TC试剂是否对TBA测定产生干扰。②进行试剂干扰验证试验,从患者样本中随机抽取1个样本,重复10次测定该样本的TBA浓度(对照组),然后再重复5次测定该样本的TG浓度,最后再重复10次测定该样本的TBA浓度(观察组)。以同样方法分析TC试剂对TBA测定的干扰。结果①配对差异试验结果显示TG试剂与TC试剂对TBA测定存在显著正向干扰(P<0.05)。②试剂干扰验证试验结果显示无论中间项目是TG还是TC,观察组的TBA测定结果均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TG试剂与TC试剂对TBA测定存在携带污染现象。 Objective To investigate the interference of triglyceride(TG) reagent and total cholesterol(TC) reagent on the determination of total bile acid(TBA).Methods ①The paired difference test issued by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI) was applied to screen the interference of TG and TC reagent on the determination of TBA.②The reagent interference verification test was peformed,and the TBA level of a serum sample selected randomly from patients was repeatedly measured 10 times(control group),and then the TG level repeatedly 5 times,at last the TBA level repeatedly 10 times again(observation group).The same methods were applied to analyzed the interference of TC reagent on determination of TBA.Results ①The paired difference test showed that the TG and TC reagent had obviously positive interference on the determination of TBA(P0.05).②The reagent interference verification test showed that regardless of TG and TC,the TBA level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The TG reagent and TC reagent showed carry-over phenomenon in the determination of TBA.
