护理专业社区卫生实践教学基地的建设与研究

Study and Construction of Community Health Service Practice Teaching Base on Nursing Profession

目的为了使护理专业学生了解社区卫生服务基本工作,毕业后能快速适应基层社区卫生需求,护理教学中不断开辟新的教学基地,以满足社区卫生教学需要。方法在社区卫生服务教学基地的建设中,制定了基地选取方法及标准、完善了社区实践教学基地的内涵建设、确定了护理专业学生社区卫生实践基地学习方法及内容。结果社区卫生教学基地通过几年的建设,促进了社区卫生服务水平;社区护理科研水平也不断增强;提升了学生的学习热情。结论社区卫生教学基地基本能满足基层护理人才培养需要,体现了地方医学院校特色,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective To discuss the importance of the construction of community health service practice teaching base,improve the teaching quality of nursing precession and the ability of students adapting to the demands of community health service quickly after graduation.Methods The school had constructed the community health service practice base by developing teaching base selection methods and standards,constructed the connotation of the practice teaching base,and identified the learning methods and contents.Results The construction promoted the level of community health service,enhanced the level of community nursing research,and improved the learning enthusiasm of nursing students.Conclusion The community health teaching base can meet the basic needs for training of primary nursing staffs.Those practice showed the characteristics of local medical colleges and worthy of further research and extension.
