摘要
基于感应原理的电磁层析成像 (EMT)是一种新颖的工业过程成像技术· 通过解析求解特定的两组分流成像正问题 ,导出了二维磁场分布的精确表达式 ,定量分析了传感器内部的物理机制和EMT技术的可检测性极限 ,建立了场灵敏度的直接数学表达式和灵敏度图· 在一定程度上 ,为传感器的定量设计 。
Inductance_based electromagnetic tomography (EMT) is a novel industrial process tomographic technique. Exact expressions of the magnetic field distribution in a two_dimensional object space were derived by analytically solving the forward problem for a particular two_component flow. The physical mechanisms within the sensor and the detectability limits of the EMT technique were quantitatively analyzed. Direct mathematical expressions for the field sensitivity and the sensitivity maps were established. To a certain extent, mathematical and theoretical bases are given for quantitative design of the sensor, detectability analysis of the EMT technique and image reconstruction of two_compontnt processes based on the linear back_projection algorithm.
