跨国公司与母国产业升级的经济分析

Economic Analysis of the Relation Between Multinationals and Industrial Development in the Mother Country

该文首先介绍了跨国公司的三类内生化模型 ,即水平型、垂直型、知识资本型 ,在此基础上 ,进一步分析了这三类跨国公司在母国产业升级中的参与程度 ,以及它们促进母国产业升级的作用和产业空洞化问题。最后针对我国情况 ,提出我国企业应重点进行垂直型直接投资。

This paper introduces three inherent multinationals models, that is, the horizontal model, the vertical model and the knowledge capital model. Then it analyzes the actions of these three types of multinationals which participate in their mother countrys industrial development, focusing on their favorable and adverse economic influences. Finally the article argues that Chinese enterprises should mainly engage in vertical foreign direct investment.
