浅谈我国对境外医疗器械代理人的监管现状

The Brief Discussion of China’s Surveillance on Oversea Medical Instruments Agents

介绍了我国对代理人监管的情况,通过分析各国对境外医疗器械代理人监管情况,比较其与我国监管中的异同点,参考国际上监管中的先进做法,为进一步加强我国对境外医疗器械代理人的监管提出良好建议。

In this paper, we mainly introduce surveillance situation of Chinese authorities, Through analyzing surveillance situations of various countries, we compare similarities and differences between China and other countries. At the same time, by referring to international advanced practice, we propose several developmental suggestions for strengthening China＇s surveillance on oversea medical instrument agent.
