摘要
利用建筑能耗分析软件EnergyPlus建立了新型节能住宅与传统住宅的仿真模型,利用模型比较了夏热冬冷地区节能住宅与传统住宅的负荷及全年空调耗电量,并分析了全热交换器(HRV)的节能效果。结果表明,在上海的气候条件下(夏热冬冷地区),采用高保温性能外围护结构的节能住宅的空调负荷明显低于传统住宅;与传统住宅相比,新型节能住宅全年空调耗电量减少了16.3%;与自然通风相比,引入HRV后全年空调耗电降低了16.2%,冬季采暖工况下HRV的节能效果更好。
With EnergyPlus, the simulation model of new energy-efficient apartment and traditional apartment were built to analyse air conditioning load and annual power consumption of the two apartments, and the energy saving effect of heat recovery ventilation (HRV). Simulation results showed that, in climate condition of Shanghai (hot summer and cold winter zone), the air conditioning load of new energy-efficient apartment with insulation building envelope was much lower than that of traditional apartment. Compared with traditional apartment, the annual power consumption of new energy-efficient apartment was reduced by 16.3%. And compared with normal ventilation, the annual energy saving rate by HRV was 16.2%, while more energy was saved during winter than summer.
