摘要
目前,上海电网10kV架空配电线路上使用的PRW10-12C型高压跌落式重合闸熔断器,是新装备的一种线路熔断器,具有重合闸功能,因此提高了配电线路的安全运行水平和供电可用率。介绍了PRW10-12C型高压跌落式重合闸熔断器的结构、功能、运行状态、工作方式和维护注意事项;针对上海地区配电线路重合闸熔断器长期户外运行后出现的一些设备问题,进行了技术分析;提出了采用新技术、新工艺提高熔断器的瓷件质量以及进一步加强对熔断器在役线路的巡视和状态检测的建议,用以确保熔断器的正常和可靠工作。
PRW10- 12C high drop-reclosing fuse is a new type fuse with reclosing function, which is used in 10 kV overhead distribution lines of Shanghai Power Grid, and therefore improve the safe operation level of the distribution line and Power supply availability. Introduced the structure, function, operation status, work and maintenance precautions of a high drop-out PRWl0 - 12C type reclosing fuse; conducted technical analysis for some equipment problems from the reclosing fuse long-term outdoor running; put forward the recommendations including adoption of new technologies, new processes to improve the quality of fuses pieces of porcelain and the strengthening the in-service line inspections and checks in order to ensure the reliable operation of the fuse.
