作为企业生产部门的车间,如何做好车间现场的管理,如何做好车间人员的管理,保量、保质地完成生产任务,紧跟公司的发展要求,是每位车间管理者必须思考的问题。文章针对上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司在中外合资的特殊环境下,探讨其车间现场管理中的人员管理改进方法,以达到"现场改善"的目的。
