QU Qiubai and His Labour Day Memorials

瞿秋白写于不同阶段的11个"五一"纪念文本,建构了他与"五一"节之间的一种主客体历史关系。通过这些文本他传播了马克思主义,阐述了国际工人运动的历史,批判了第二国际中改良派的妥协思想和行为,宣传了共产国际工人运动的策略理论,同时为中国工人阶级提供了一套开展革命运动的政治术语。作为对剥削制度下的劳动问题所做出的一种反应,瞿秋白的"五一"纪念文本为我们留下了一段历史的见证和记忆。

With his 11 Labour Day memorial texts, QU Qiubai established his historical subject-object relationship with Labour Day. Through these texts, QU not only spread Marxism, expounded the history of international workers movement, criticized the compromise of the reformists in the Second Internation- al, promoted the strategies and theories of the workers movement of the Communist International, but al- so provided a set of political slogans for the Chinese working class to carry out revolutionary movements. As a response to the labour problems in the exploitation system,QU＇s Labour Day Memorials have left be- hind witness and memory of a historical period.
