栝楼桂枝汤治疗中风后肢体痉挛的临床研究

Clinical research on treating limbs spasm from cerebral apoplexy with the Gualou Guizhi decoction

目的:观察运用《金匮要略》"栝楼桂枝汤"治疗中风后肢体痉挛的临床疗效,为中风恢复期肢体痉挛提供中药治疗的临床依据。方法:将52例符合入组条件的病例随机分为治疗组(栝楼桂枝汤结合康复训练)和对照组(单纯康复训练),治疗组25例,对照组27例,两组均接受常规治疗,疗程4周。治疗前后进行日常生活活动能力改良Barthel指数评分、肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分;并利用表面肌电图记录患侧膝关节屈曲肌群最大等长收缩时股直肌和股二头肌的肌电活动,比较两组治疗方法对中风后肢体痉挛的疗效。结果:改良Barthel指数及表面肌电图的肌电活动均提示治疗组在患肢功能改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:栝楼桂枝汤对治疗中风后肢体痉挛有较好的疗效,对患者日常生活活动能力的提高有所帮助,对于肢体运动功能的康复治疗有积极的作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gualou Guizhi decoction on treating limbs spasm from cerebral apoplexy. Methods： 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 25 patients in the treated group and 27 patients in the control group Both groups were given routine treatment for 4 treatment courses. Results： Modified Barthel index and myoelectricity activities of facial electrogram in the treated group improved better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Gualou Guizhi decoction had significant efficacy on treating limbs spasm from cerebral apoplexy.
