中西医结合对非侵袭型真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效分析

Clinical analysis of non-invasive fungal nasal sinusitis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨鼻内镜手术联合中药方剂治疗非侵袭性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将将64例非侵袭型真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的患者随机分为中西医结合组和鼻内镜手术组,两组患者均给予鼻内镜手术治疗,手术完成后中西医结合组的患者给予本院自拟鼻窦炎汤。治疗完成后比较两组患者治愈率及复发情况。结果:中西医结合组治愈率、复发率分别为96.9%、3.1%,鼻内镜手术组治愈率、复发率分别为87.5%、12.5%,中西医结合组治愈率显著高于鼻内镜手术组(P<0.05),而其复发率显著低于鼻内镜手术组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜手术联合本院自拟鼻窦炎汤的中西医结合疗法能够提高非侵袭型真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效,并能够降低其复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Chinese proprietary treatment for non-invasive fungal nasal sinusitis. Methods： 64 cases of non-invasive fungal nasal sinusitis were randomly divided into Integrative Medicine group （IM group） and the endoscopic surgery group （ES group）, and the two groups were given nasal endoscopic sinus surgery, while IM group was given self-made sinusitis soup. Cure rate and relapse rate were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results： The cure rate and recurrence rate oflM group were 96.9%, 3.1%, with 87.5%, 12.5% orES group. The cure rate oflM group was significantly higher than the ES group （P〈0.05）, and the relapse rate was significantly lower than ES group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative therapy of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with self-made sinusitis soup can improve the the clinical efficacy of non-invasive fungal nosal sinusitis, and can reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
