观察针灸按摩治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效

Efficacy observation of acupuncture and massage on treating chronic fatigue syndrome

目的:探讨针灸按摩治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法:选82例慢性疲劳综合征患者,分为研究组和对照组,研究组实施针刺按摩疗法,对照组只使用针刺治疗。结果:研究组21例患者显效;19例有效;1例无效,总有效率为97.6%。对照组14例患者显效;17例有效;10例无效,总有效率为75.6%。两组进行比较,其差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸按摩配合治疗效果要优于单纯针灸治疗,临床效果显著。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture and massage on chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods： 82 patients of chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given acupuncture and massage therapy, while the control group was given only acupuncture therapy. Results： In the treatment group, 21 cases was significantly effective, 19 cases were effective, 1 case was invalid, with the total effective rate 97.6%. In the control group, 14 cases were significantly effective, 17cases were effective, 10 cases were invalid, with the total effective rate 75.6%. Significant difference were detected between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and massage had better clinical effect than simple acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.
