自拟化湿活血方治疗65例复杂性肛瘘的疗效分析

Clinical analysis of treating complex anal fistula with the self-made Huashi Huoxue recipe

目的:分析自拟化湿活血方治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将130例复杂性肛瘘行断管开窗对口引流挂线术患者分为两组,高锰酸钾组65例以0.02%高锰酸钾溶液坐浴组,化湿活血组65例以自拟化湿活血方熏洗,治疗1周为1个疗程,3个疗程后对比两组患者的临床疗效和并发症情况。结果:化湿活血组总有效率95.38%明显高于高锰酸钾组78.46%,P<0.01;化湿活血组并发症发生率1.54%明显低于高锰酸钾组12.31%,P<0.05。结论:自拟化湿活血方能够提高复杂性肛瘘患者术后的临床疗效,改善症状和体征,促进创口愈合,在提高生存质量和降低术后并发症方面具有非常重要的意义。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of the self-made Huashi Huoxue recipe on treating complex anal fistula. Methods： 130 complex anal fistulas patients treated with broken tube windows counterpart drainage seton surgery were divided into 2 groups randomly. 65 cases of potassium permanganate group （PP） were given 0.02% potassium permanganate solution bath and 65 cases of Huashi Huoxue group （HH） were given the self-made Huashi Huoxue recipe fumigation. 1 week for a course, the clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared after 3 courses. Results： The total efficiency of the HH group was 95.38% and obviously higher than 78.64% of the PP group. P〈0.01. Complication rate of the HH group was 1.54%, obviously lower than 12.31% of PP group. P〈0.05. Conclusion： The self-made Huoxue Huashi recipe can improve the clinical effect of treating complex anal fistula, improve the signs and symptoms, and promote wound healing. Moreover, the recipe has a very important significance in improving the quality of life and reducing oostooerative comolications.
