复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation of complex Danshen Dropping pill on coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的:观察评价复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:我院60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组应用常规冠心病心绞痛治疗,观察组在此基础上应用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛能够起到明显的临床疗效,有效的恢复患者心电图不良改变,具有较好的临床用药价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Complex Danshen Dropping pill on coronary heart disease angina pectoris Methods： 60 patients of angina pectoris from coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional coronary disease angina pectoris treatment, the observation group was given complex Danshen Dropping pill more. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Complex Danshen Dropping pill can play a significant clinical effect on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, effective in ECG recovery of patients with adverse changes.
