摘要
目的:观察功能性电刺激(FES)治疗周围神经损伤的临床疗效。方法:采用神经肌体仪-低频脉冲治疗仪对32例周围神经损伤患者行FES治疗,分别于治疗前和疗程结束后予感觉功能评定(MS)、运动功能评定(SS)及肌电图(EMG)检查,比较受损神经运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)的变化及受损神经所支配肌肉EMG变化。结果:经治疗,26例患者神经功能恢复至S3M3以上,有效率78.12%。神经电生理研究显示,治疗后15例患者出现再生电位,46.87%;治疗后MCV平均值大于治疗前,P<0.05,比较具有显著差异。结论:FES治疗使周围神经损伤患者的感觉、运动功能有显著提高。FES为周围神经损伤后促进神经再生及肢体功能重建提供了一个有效方式。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of functional electrical stimulation (FES) in treating peripheral nerve injury. Methods: 32 cases of peripheral nerve injury patients treated by FES with neural body instrument of low-frequency pulse therapy instrument. Respectively, before and after treatment, patients were given the sensory function assessment (MS), motor function assessment (SS) and electromyography (EMG) Examination, to compare the damaged nerve motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV), sensory nerve conduction speed (SCV) changes and impaired nerve muscle changes of EMG; Results: After treatment, nervous function of 26 cases recovered to $3M3 or more. The efficiency was 78.12%. Neural electrophysiological studies revealed. After treatment, 15 cases of patients with potential of regeneration, 46.87%; after treatment, the MCV average value was greater than before, P〈0.05, it showed significant difference. Conclusion: After FES, the sensory and motor function of peripheral nerve injury patients improved obviously. FES provides an effective way to promote nerve regeneration and limb function reconstruction after peripheral nerve injury,
