摘要
肝主疏泄是肝的主要功能之一,与男子排精和维系女子月经密切相关,因此,肝主疏泄功能失司,经水不行,造成女子月经不调或崩漏,甚至造成不孕,这类病症在临床上较为常见,大多可从肝论治,调理肝气为主,使肝气顺畅,疏泄功能正常,则诸病易除,临床上取得疗效较好。现笔者通过查阅近期国内文献,对根据中医藏象理论"肝主疏泄"对几种常见的妇科疾病的论治的临床应用进行综述。
Liver controlling dispersion was closely connected with spermiation and menstruation. If it decontrolled, irregular menstruation or uterine bleeding even sterility might be induced. In this article, the author consulted recent domestic literatures and summarized clinical applications of the theory of Liver controlling dispersion on treating several common gynecological diseases.
