Development of TCM therapy in early diabetic nephropathy

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最严重的慢性微血管并发症之一,是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。早期糖尿病肾病阶段是糖尿病肾病病理进程的重要转折点,积极有效的治疗,可逆转其向临床期肾病进展。本文就近年来早期糖尿病肾病的病因病机、治则治法、用药规律方面取得的进展,做一综述。

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most severe chronic capillary complications and one of the prime reasons of diabetic patients＇ death. In this article, the pathogenesis, treatment principle, pharmacy pattern of early diabetic nephropathy were summarized.
