颈静脉球部血气分析在重度颅脑损伤患者中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 由于脑组织的生理活动需要大量耗氧,故脑组织对于缺氧极其敏感。对于正常机体,脑氧的供应取决于规律的持续性脑血流,而重型颅脑损伤会影响到脑血流,从而影响到脑氧的供应与分配。因此,监测脑组织氧代谢,预防和减少脑缺氧的发生,在重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗过程中就显得非常重要。
