无论做什么事都要用心去做，心不在焉，常常会带来许多不愉快的体验与烦恼。教学也是这样，一定要用心去做，只要心到，教学效果就一定会好。学生欢迎，领导喜爱，同行羡慕，自己的人生价值也会得到提升。心不到，书教不好，自己在学校也将无立身之地，特别是在当今竞争十分激烈的年代。更应当用全部心思对待自己所从事的事业。
You must be attentive whatever you do, if you are absent--minded, there will be a lot of unpleasant experience and trouble. So it is with teaching. If you do it carefully and whole--heartedly, the teaching efficiency is surely good. The students love, leaders like, the colleagues admire, and your life value is surely promoted. If you are absent-minded, not devoted to teaching, there will be no position for you at school. At the present time when the competition is very fierce, we should be devoted to what we do with more care.
