高职机电专业岗位能力分析及对策研究——以陕西地区为例

Analysis and Research on Post Ability of Mechantronics Major in Higher Vocational College——With the Case of Shaanxi Province

高等职业教育的出发点是为生产一线的工作服务，培养满足企业需求的高素质技能型人才。随着技术的发展和产业结构的优化，高职机电类专业人才需求量日益增大。现代装备制造业对高职机电专业学生的能力提出了不同的要求，通过对高职机电专业建设和人才培养中出现的问题进行分析，探讨了满足岗位职业能力需求的高职机电专业人才培养新举措。

As a significant major in higher vocational college, the stant point is the service for work in actual operating post in industry production and training high quality talents workers. With the development of science and technology, the demand for talented skilled workers is increasing greatly. Different requirement for the modern manufacturing are put forward for the students in mechanotronic major in high vocational colleges. With the analysis of the questions existing in the construction of the major and cultivation of the talents, the new measures for the talents in the major are explored in the article, so as to meet the demand of the working posts.
