摘要
国企引进高校毕业生工作已是"买方市场",但也存在甄别变难、稳定性差的挑战。国企应该从以下方面改进引进工作:招聘适度向名校倾斜;注意人岗匹配,避免人才高消费;招聘管理要规范化、科学化;解决好体制内企业的过度"稳定"问题。
It is a challenge for state-owned enterprises to attract graduates on selecting. State-owned enterprises should do this work from inclining famous college, matching position, standardizing management and solving problems of idleness.
