摘要
主要针对捷制500MW机组存在的负荷摆动的原因进行了分析,找出负荷摆动的原因为高调门门杆断裂或锁母脱落,高调门门杆转动导致锁母、马蹄销磨损,部套磨损、排空不畅,采取了相应的对策和措施。
This paper mainly analyzes reasons for load fluctuation of Czech-made 500MW unit, and then found the reason is that HP control valve stem is broken or lock nut dropped. Moving of HP control valve stem leads to attrition and obstruction of lock nut, horseshoe pin as well as part housing. This paper raises countermeasures.
