摘要
运用DEA方法对福建省1997—2010年电子及通信设备制造业的投入与产出数据、2010年全国25个地区的投入产出数据进行综合生产效率、纯技术效率和规模效率分析.结果显示,在1997—2010年间福建省有3个年份的生产处于非DEA有效,其中生产规模过大导致规模报酬递减是主因,2007年的生产无效还由于投入与产出结构不合理.当以25个省市数据为基础确定生产前沿面时,福建省在2010年的生产处于DEA有效的生产前沿面上,说明与国内其它省市相比,福建省电子及通信设备制造业在投入和产出方面效率较高,生产规模相对合理.
With the help of DEA, it analyzes comprehensive production efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency based on the input-output data from Fujian Province's e-communication device industries from 1997 to 2010 and other 25 regions in China in 2010. Based on the data of 1997-2010, we discovered that because of the scale is too big, there were three inefficient DEAs. The irrational input-output structure also influenced the 2007 year's technical efficiency. When we used the 25 regions' data to determine the production frontier, the results showed that: Fujian's input-output efficiency was higher than other districts; the production scale was relatively reasonable.
