摘要
1983和1985对103个紫花苜蓿品种(或群体),4个黄花苜蓿品种(或群体)进行了田间抗锈性的初步评价。结果表明,参试品种抗锈性明显不同。其中湛利浦、莫伯、阳高、富平、咸阳等品种抗性较强;抗旱、临洮、农科院74—21及和田等品种抗性较弱;大多数品种抗性中等。比较了紫花苜蓿与黄花苜蓿及同一品种内不同群体的抗性差异。苜蓿抗锈育种是切实可行,迫切需要的工作之一。
One hundred and three cultivars or selections of alfalfa(Medicago sativa)and four cultivars or selections of sickle alfalfa (M. falcata)were evaluated under field conditions) for resistance to rust fungus(Uromyces striatus)in 1983 and 1985 at Qing Yang Loess Plateau Experimental Station, Qing Yang county, Gansu Province. Variations in resistance to rust among entries was dramatically evident, YangGao, FuPing, Xian Yang and several overseas cultivars have high resistance, KangHan and HeTian are high susceptible ones, most of them have medium level resistance, which indicated a potential for developing alfalfa cultivars with improved resistance to rust. The differences of rust resistance between alfalfa and sickle alfalfa, selections among the same cultivar are discussed.
