The Process Design and Product Development of Weft-knitted Seamless Underwear

以金天梭公司生产的无缝内衣机TNY-12为例,介绍了无缝针织圆机的编织原理及编织机构,而后结合编织原理阐述了无缝内衣常用组织的编织过程及其结构特点,如平纹添纱组织、浮线添纱组织、添纱浮线组织等。然后对无缝套装各关键部位的设计方法进行简单说明,最后论述了在编织过程中技术要点、如纱线捻向、纱线张力及导纱嘴的位置等。

Taking the model TNY-12 single seamless underwear machine manufactured by Jintiansuo company as an example, this paper introduced the mechanical elements and principle of seamless knitting machine. Combined with knitting principle, the paper described the procedure of commonly used underwear stitchs and theirs structure characteristics, such as plain plating, and float plating. The author also briefly explained the design methods in each key part of the seamless suit. Finally, the major technical points in the knitting process are discussed, such as direction of yam twist, yam tension and the position of the yarn carrier.
