摘要
预紧力直接影响轴承的刚度、旋转精度和寿命,对轴承预紧力、系统固有频率及跨距的关系进行了分析,给出了新的预紧力理论公式。通过轴承预紧力-系统固有频率测试装置,测试了不同跨距、不同固有频率下的预紧力值。结果表明,理论计算值与试验值较为吻合,为预紧力的确定提供了新的方法。
The preload directly affects bearing stiffness, rotational precision and life. The relationship among preload, system natural frequency and span is analyzed, and a new theoretic formula for preload is presented. The values of pre- load at different spans and natural frequencies are tested through the testing device for bearing preload - system natural frequency. The results show that the theoretical and experimental results agree well. It is a new method for determining preload.
