摘要
通过几种常用改性材料及不同配比改性后的聚四氟乙烯基复合材料的性能对比,介绍了几种综合性能优异的聚四氟乙烯基轴承保持架材料配方,综述了保持架用聚四氟乙烯的填充改性、共混改性和协同改性的研究和应用情况,指出了上述改性存在的优、缺点,并展望了聚四氟乙烯改性的发展方向。
Several PTFE - based materials formulation with excellent properties for bearing cages are introduced by comparison of performances of several commonly used modified materials and modified PTFE - based composite materi- als with different ratio. The research and application of filling modification, blending modification and synergistic modi- fication of PTFE for cages are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of modifications are given, and the devel- opment direction of modified PTFE is prospected.
