摘要
提出一种路网养护资金分配模型,根据每个路段的具体破损类型,以整个路网道路水平的最优化作为目标函数,并应用粒子群优化技术求解模型,同时以典型案例来证明模型和算法的可行性。结果表明:该算法程序在现有资金约束下能够达到最佳养护效果,使得有限的预算得到更为合理的使用。
A fund allocation model of road network maintenance was proposed, which was solved by Particle Swarm Optimization, according to the types of diseases in every section and taking optimization of the pavement condition of road network as the objective function. The feasibility of the method was proved by typical case. The result shows that the optimal maintenance effect can be achieved within the constraint of limited amount of conservation funds, and the funds also can be used reasonably.
