摘要
接触电阻是车用电线束插接器的主要电气性能,不合适的接触电阻是车用电线束插接器工作时产生温升的主要原因。分析了电压降换算接触电阻和低电平接触电阻两种测试方法,这两种测试方法所测得的结果分别反映了车用电线束插接器在强电流电路和弱电流电路下的实际使用状况。
Contact resistance is a main electrical performance of auto harness connector. The improper contact resistance is the main reason of temperature rise while the connector works. The test methods for voltage conversion contact resistance and low level contact resistance are analyzed here. The results reflects separately the practical using conditions of connectors in the high and low current.
