大学生创业运营风险管理研究

On Management of College Students' Innovative Undertaking with Operational Risk

高校教育改革以来,大学生就业率日渐走低,而我国人口增长率过快更是加剧了这一问题。在这样的大环境下,大学生创业就变得理所当然,它不仅可以帮助大学生就业,还可以对社会上的优秀人才资源进行整合和利用。大学生创业有其独特的优势所在,但风险往往与机遇并存,创业运营的风险我们也不能忽视。在通过对创业大学生进行调查和信息汇总后,我们对大学生创业的相关风险进行了分析和研究,总结了一些创业风险管理的要点。

Since the education reform has been carried out, the employment rate of college students＇ is going down. At such circumstances, college students＇ innovative undertaking is taken for granted. It may not only help the college students to hunt jobs but help to integrate and utilize the talents resources in society. The college students＇ innovative undertaking has its unique advantage, but risk and opportunity coexisted, especially the risk of business operation can be neglected. This paper analyzes the relevant risks in college students＇ innovative undertaking and summarizes some key points of risk management in operations.
