On Carrier Force Dynamic Generation of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

提高思想政治教育的有效性,生成适应复杂社会动态系统的思想政治教育载体合力,已成为高校思想政治教育工作者进行研究的新领域。思想政治教育载体的两种形式"显性载体"和"隐性载体"体系的动态生成及其辩证运动过程,是思想政治教育载体合力动态生成的基本途径。

To improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, this paper regards that generating the carrier force to adapt to the complex social dynamics system of ideological and political education has become the new field of study for ideological and political education workers. Ideological and political education carrier includes two forms of dynamic generation：the dominant carrier and recessive cartier and its dialectical movement process, which is the basic means to generate dynamically the carrier force of ideological and political education.
