以积极心理学为取向的人格心理学课程设计

摘要 以毕生发展观的视角,关注大学生的人格优势将产生长期而深远的影响。积极心理学关注三种积极的人格特质,为人格心理学课程设计提供新的思路(1)以积极视角解读日常生活,对人格发展进行积极赋义;(2)强调积极的情绪体验和评价;(3)培养积极的防御机制;(4)创建积极环境,促使积极改变。
