摘要
采用形态测量和生物化学方法,研究不同年龄(1龄、2龄、3龄及4龄)兴凯湖翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus in Khanka Lake)消化道指数及各消化组织的消化酶活力。结果表明,兴凯湖翘嘴鲌4个年龄组的脏体指数和肠体指数1龄鱼最低,2龄至4龄呈下降趋势,肝体指数随着年龄增长呈现出下降趋势,肠长指数随着年龄增长表现出上升趋势。整体可见前肠和中肠的蛋白酶活性大小相当,后肠次之,肝胰脏最小,各消化组织的蛋白酶活性2龄至4龄鱼随年龄增长而升高;兴凯湖翘嘴鲌肠道是淀粉酶生成的主要器官,整体而言,各消化组织的淀粉酶活性随着年龄增长而逐渐升高;各年龄组的脂肪酶活性大小依次为中肠、后肠、前肠和肝胰脏,各消化组织的脂肪酶活性随着年龄增长呈现出逐渐升高趋势。
Gastrointestinal index and digestive enzyme activity and distribution in digestion organization in different ages (1 year, 2 years, 3 years and 4 years) of Culter albumus in Khanka Lake were studied by morphometrics and biochemical methods. The results showed that viscerosomatic index (VSI) and intestinosomatic index (ISI) of 1 year fish was lowest, from 2 years to 4 years was downward trend, hepatosomatic index (HSI) showed a downward trend and intestinal length index (ILl) showed an upward trend with increasing age in 4 age groups of Culter albumus in Khanka Lake. From overall can be seen protease activity in foregut and midgut were highest and almost the same size, secondly midgut and then liver-pancreas, from 2 years to 4 years protease activity in digestion organization escalated with increasing age; the intestinal tract is the major organ of amylase produced, from overall can be seen amylase activity in digestion organization escalated with increasing age; lipase activity of each age group from high to low: midgut, midgut, hindgut and liver-pancreas, lipase activity in digestion organization showed an upward trend with increasing age.
