近红外光谱分析法预测小叶章营养价值的研究 被引量:7

摘要 试验探讨近红外光谱分析法应用于预测小叶章营养价值的可行性,利用TQ Analyst分析软件采用偏最小二乘回归(PLS)方法建立小叶章营养成分的定量检测模型。结果表明,小叶章粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量的相对分析误差RPD值(SD/RMSEP)均大于3,校正模型外部验证决定系数R2均大于0.95;近红外光谱法能同时检测小叶章中CP、EE、NDF和ADF含量,检测误差小、结果准确可靠,与化学分析方法无明显差异且重现性好,可应用于小叶章营养价值快速定量检测。 The quantitative detection model of nutrition contents was established with the partial least-square regression method (PLS) in the TQ Analyst software, to determinate the feasibility of detecting the Nutrition value in Deyeuxia angustifolia by the near infrared spectrometer. Results showed that the RPD (SD/RMSEP) values of crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) were all larger is better than 3. And the correlation coefficient of validation (Rz) of the parameters were all larger than 0.95. The results of this method have good reproducibility and no significant difference with the chemical method. The near infrared spectrometer method would be used to quickly and auantificationallv detect the nutrition value in Deyeuxia angustifolia.
