β_2-SiW_(11)Co/PANI掺杂材料光催化降解染料废水的研究

摘要 以界面聚合法制备的β2-SiW11Co/PANI掺杂材料为光催化剂,在紫外灯辐射下,研究了模拟染料废水亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解反应,讨论了催化剂投加量、亚甲基蓝溶液的初始质量浓度、酸度等对催化脱色效果的影响.结果表明,亚甲基蓝溶液光催化降解的最佳条件为:pH值为5,催化剂的投加量为12.5 mg,亚甲基蓝的初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,经30 W紫外灯照射150 min后,其降解率为93.44%. Theβ2-SiWlICo/PANI was researched as the photocatalyst to degradation of the methylene blue solution under the UV ray. The influences of several operating parameters, such as the dosage of catalyst, (MB) in initialdye concentration and pH, on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue were investigated. The results of the experimentation show the optimum catalytic conditions were that the concentration of the methylene blue is 10 mg/L, the amount of catalyst is 12.5 mg and the pH value of the solution is 5. The degradation rate of methylene blue was 93.44% after being treated for 150 min under 30 W ultraviolet light irradiation.
