摘要
以聚乙二醇共价键接枝多壁碳纳米管(PEG-g-MWCNTs)作为色谱分离介质,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种新型的毛细管气相色谱柱.考察了PEG-g-MWCNTs溶胶-凝胶固定相的热稳定和柱效的影响因素以及对芳香烃、酯等有机混合物分离性能.结果表明,该柱在180℃柱温下,固定相流失很少,具有较好的热稳定性.实验以辛醇作为测试物,测得柱与柱之间(n=5)保留时间的RSD小于4.5%.使用6个月后保留时间的RSD小于1.30%.
Functionalized product of PEG-g-MWCNTs was used as selective stationary phase to prepare the sol-gel columns for capillary gas chromatography. The effect factors of the thermal stability of stationary phase and column efficiency, the chromatographic separation abilities of the PEG-g-MWCNTs capillary column were studied. The experimental results showed that the columns had outstanding thermal stability at 180℃.The PEG-g-MWCNTs columns provided excellent run-to-run and column-to-column reproducibility, stable retention performance. Using n-octadecane as a test solute, five columns provided RSD values of 4.5% for retention time. After using six months, in forty replicate measurements using the same column, RSD values of less than 1.3% ( toluene ) .
