摘要 聚合物加工作为本科院校高分子材料与工程专业的必修专业课程,在教学过程中要坚持理论教学和实验教学两手抓,既要使学生掌握一定的理论基础,又要培养学生的实践应用能力.针对本专业"厚基础、宽方向、适应性强"的培养方针,以聚合物成型加工课堂教学为理论基础,改革与之配套的实验教学体系.建立了综合性、系统性的实验教学体系,让学生全面了解聚合物成型加工工艺流程.同时,根据聚合物成型加工教学内容繁多、工艺复杂的特点,对教学方法进行了改革,体现了多样化的课程设计,提高学生的综合素质. As a degree course for undergraduates of polymer major, the polymer processing course focuses on both theory teaching and experimental teaching. The students should not only master the basic theory, but also is very important for every one to increase the ability of practice application. As the basic aim of polymeric specialty, the students should be deep foundation, broad direction, adaptable ability. Centering on theoretical foundation of the polymer processing classroom teaching, its supporting experimental teaching system is reformed. A comprehensive, systematic experimental teaching system would be established, let the students to fully understand the polymer forming process. Meanwhile, according to the various and complex polymer forming for the teaching contents, the teaching method was reformed, it reflects the diversity of the course design, and improves the students' comprehensive quality.
