新形势下沧州高等院校大学生就业能力的调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of the Cangzhou College Students’ Employability under the New Situation

近年来高校大学生就业难一直受到社会各界的普遍关注。以沧州市三所地方高等学校为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷,对问卷进行分析,得出结论:沧州三所高校大学生就业观念比较陈旧,对学校及其相关就业部门的就业指导满意率不高,迫切需要加强就业指导工作。

In recent years, College graduates employment has been the focus of public concern. An investigation has been done by questionnaires among the three colleges in Cangzhou. The findings are： college graduates employment concept is obsolete; the satisfaction rate is low toward the schools and the guidance of related employment institutions; they are in urgent need of employment guidance.
